There are several different architectural styles
in the Albuquerque area. The most common style is the pueblo southwest,
also, often referred to as the adobe style. The most common construction
for residential properties is a wood frame stucco exterior and dry
wall interior, although straw bail, concrete block and adobe block
are also available.
Lot sizes can vary greatly depending on the area you feel most attracted to. In Corrales, we often have a one acre minimum. In Rio Rancho or the Northeast Heights of Albuquerque you may find lots varying from small building lots to an acre or more. Larger lots are often attractive to people who want to keep horses or llamas.
Landscapes around the homes will also differ from tall trees and
grass to a gravel juniper design.
Another option is to build a custom home designed to your specifications
built especially for you. Your Style, Your Dream Home. When building
a custom home, you can be sure that every step of the way from finding
the right building lot to the day you move in, we are by your side.
